The hotel was a suitable place for enjoying a busy area, close enough to the main sites and entertainment places, the restaurants and the metro station, the Hostal Comercial. Very central location of this trendy boutique property was a bonus.

Absolutely perfect location for Madrid, just off the square and other Madrid hi lites and center of the city. Very clean bed in the double room, plus an iron, a work desk, and a TV.

It had a marvellous location not far from Plaza Mayor and Porta del Sol, and highlights. And there was Museo del Jamon with short-orders a super close walk to the venue, super convenient.

I had an a single room and it was individual with a balcony. The location was great and awesome, at a medium distance from Main Square.

Great location in the city center, close to public transportation and key tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and check-in was easy. The shower in the room was spacious and had strong air conditioning, providing a comfortable stay even during the hot xmas weather.
The thin walls made it easy to hear noise from adjoining rooms, which could be a bit disruptive. the bathroom door was difficult to maneuver, causing some inconvenience during use.

The location offered was good so close to main train station, and highlights. We greatly enjoyed our fairly quiet room with shared bathroom. The staff was caring and amicable, everything was good.

the staff seemed very amiable and amicable. the location was perfect and excellent for walking around a huge plaza. and the area was central, really close to plaza mayor and the royal palace, and the mayor square.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely little hostal. It was in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk from Puerta del Sol and the subway. There were plenty of stores, bars, and restaurants in the area, and even a 24-hour convenience store half a block away. The hostal itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
